ExpCo erfasst die genehmigungspflichtige Handlung genau: Ausfuhr, Verbringung innerhalb der EU, Vermittlung, Durchfuhr oder technische Unterstützung. ExpCo pins down the licensable activity precisely: export, intra-EU transfer, brokering, transit or technical assistance.

  • Waren — Maschinen, Elektronik, Chemikalien, Werkstoffe, Ersatzteile; physische Lieferung, Abholung oder Beförderung. Goods — machinery, electronics, chemicals, materials, spare parts; physical delivery, collection or carriage.
  • Software — Steuerungssoftware, Updates, Verschlüsselung; per Datenträger, Download oder Cloud-Zugriff. Software — control software, updates, encryption; via storage media, download or cloud access.
